Orders placed past November 5th have no guarantee to be finished in time for Christmas. This is a busy time of year for me, and although I will try to fill every order I can in time, this is not always possible. Thank-you!
Welcome to SN ART! Stephanie Nickel is an artist dedicated to the creation of custom pet portrait paintings.
We take photos you provide, and use them as references to create beautiful handmade art that is personalized to your taste.
To order a painting, I have outlined some useful information and processes in the "Order" page.
If you have questions first, please send me an email first and we can discuss your ideas/concerns. You can reach me at steff@SNart.ca or my Contact page.
There is a $15 drop off fee for anyone in the Lower Mainland or Abbotsford.
Delivery fees apply for anyone who is not picking up their painting from my location in Langley B.C.
Shipping varies based on the size of portrait and your location.
For those interested in pick-up, my studio is in Walnut Grove, in Langley, BC.
Please include atleast one reference photo of the subject. Multiple photos are encouraged.
Note! Photos must be PNG, GIF, or JPEG File Format!
Choose which method you would like to use for the first half of your payment. This does not have to be the same method that the second half is paid in..
NOTE: 50% of the final cost must be paid before the painting is started, and the remaining 50% is paid once the painting is completed. This is to protect both the artist and the buyer.
A delivery fee of $15 will apply for drop off requests. We deliver within the lower mainland only. If you chose shipping, it will be calculated at invoice creation.
For pick up, my studio is in Walnut Grove in Langley, BC
Born and raised in Vancouver BC, all of Stephanie Nickel's art has been self taught. After combining her two greatest passions: art and animals, SN art was born.
"It is very rewarding to be able to deliver my clients portraits of their pets. I know a pet can be a very important part of a family. Although I don't get to meet every pet I paint, I feel as if I get to know them a little as the painting progresses."
"When I paint, my goal is to replicate your pet as closely as I can, but also to add back in that spark of life that a camera can take away. Because a painting is handmade, I believe the movement, flow, and life I have is translated through my brush, and onto the canvas."
Here is a quick form that you can fill out to send me your direct inquiries or feedback. You can expect a reply from the artist within 1 business day
